Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer Ken Geiger is now the Director of Photography at The Nature Conservancy. He joined National Geographic in 2004 after 24 years of newspaper journalism, most recently as the director of photography for the Dallas Morning News. Ken spends most of his time editing stories and managing digital workflow systems. But would rather be scheming his next trip out of the office—to shoot National Geographic magazine cover stories like Stonehenge or stitching 126 images into a portrait of a giant sequoia.
